Shipping Policy
BABALU Fishing Tackle ships orders to the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada and United States.
Shipments are handled through the Amazon FBA logistics network and may be dispatched from fulfilment centres located in Spain, France, the United Kingdom or the United States, depending on stock availability and the destination of the order.
Order processing
Processing time is up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, customs delays or periods of higher shipping volume.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the order destination and the available shipping method.
We offer free shipping on orders equal to or over €100.
Order tracking
Whenever available, a tracking number will be provided so that the customer can follow the delivery of their order.
Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of resending the order will be borne by the customer.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If an order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, the customer should contact us at hello@babalu.pt.
After reviewing the situation, BABALU Fishing Tackle may offer an appropriate solution, including a full refund, partial refund or product replacement, depending on the case.
Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs shown at checkout.
